I offer you a salad from the “easy” series, cooking will not take much time, and the result will not disappoint, and the set of products is more than modest.
Here is a small set of products for cooking. Sorry, but the chips and soy sauce in the photo did not fit.
Cut the cucumber lengthwise, then into thin slices, mushrooms – into large slices, onions – finely.
Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms until lightly browned, about 5-6 minutes. Cool.
Mix the sliced cucumbers, fried mushrooms and green onions in a bowl, add a tablespoon of soy sauce, pepper. Stir, adjust the taste of pepper and sauce if necessary.
Spread out on serving salad bowls, put chips on top. The salad is ready.
