Salad of Fresh Cucumbers and Eggs Recipe
This is probably the simplest salad in my cookbook. But this simplicity does not prevent it from being, well, very tasty!

  1. Cut the boiled eggs into small cubes.
  2. Cut fresh cucumbers into small cubes.
  3. Finely chop the dill, add it to the cucumbers and eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste, add mayonnaise and mix. Let it brew for 10 minutes and serve. Enjoy your meal!
  4. Ideally combined with our salad will be a turkey thigh in a spicy marinade, baked in the oven.
