Salad of fresh Cucumbers and Eggs Recipe
This is probably the simplest salad in my cookbook. But this simplicity does not prevent it from being, well, very tasty!

  1. Cut the boiled eggs into small cubes.

  3. Finely chop the dill, add it to the cucumbers and eggs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, add the mayonnaise and stir. Let it brew for 10 minutes and serve.
