I found on the site a lot of salads with cucumbers, but this recipe is not found, so I decided to share. This is another recipe from the collection of recipes of the wonderful St. Petersburg chef Ilya Lazerson. Salad is prepared in a few minutes, but, with its simplicity, has a very fresh taste, which goes well with fried fish and meat. In addition, it looks quite original and can become a decoration of any table.
Take a fresh cucumber - long. On two helpings we use about half, but immediately cut off not need to-so will feel more comfortable with him work.
Cut the cucumber into thin strips with the help of a housekeeper (peeler). The first stripe, which is almost exclusively from the peel discarded.

Take the dill and finely chop it.
Add dill in a bowl to the cucumber and mix gently with your hands. Just do not fill the salad, otherwise it will let the juice and become flabby, especially since the dressing is very simple.
