  1. So, here are our products.
  2. Cut the fish across the fibers into thin slices.
  3. Cut the squid carcass into rings.
  4. Alternately fry the fish and squid in olive oil (3 tbsp.l.) with spices (with any – to taste, I use a Czech mixture for fish), cool on a napkin – we do not need extra fat.
  5. Dice the peppers and pineapples.
  6. Preparing the sauce. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil and ketchup. Whisk well. Mix pepper, pineapple, corn and lettuce. Put the squid rings and fish on top, pour over the sauce when serving.
  7. I suggest an interesting option for serving portions: we lower the rice paper into water for 1 minute, then spread it on a preheated frying pan with olive oil.
  8. Fry quickly in olive oil and place on a napkin. Cool the salad and serve it to the table. This basket is eaten with pleasure with salad)))
