  1. Put the washed and dried arugula on a plate (or salad bowl).
  2. Fry thin strips of skinless chicken fillet in vegetable oil over high heat (you can take baked chicken), season with salt and pepper. Put it on the salad.
  3. Peel the orange, break into slices (if desired, peel off the films), cut into about 3-4 pieces. Put it on the chicken.
  4. Pour vegetable oil (you can add a drop of balsamic to taste). Sprinkle with pine nuts.
  5. Ready.
