Cut the fillet into pieces.
We cut cherry tomatoes into halves, (I forgot to take a photo)) we tear the arugula slightly with our hands.
We spread the arugula first, then the tomatoes and the chicken on top, salt, pepper, pour lemon juice, if desired,
and, necessarily, before serving!
If you need a more satisfying salad, you can add one or two potatoes to it, previously boiled in a uniform and cut into a large piece.
