  3. We spread the arugula first, then the tomatoes and the chicken on top, salt, pepper, pour lemon juice, if desired, and, necessarily, before serving! If you need a more satisfying salad, you can add one or two potatoes to it, previously boiled in a uniform and cut into a large piece.
