Salad “Pickled” Recipe
Today is my mother-in-law’s 80th anniversary. This salad is always on her festive table. Only recently I found out that this is an Estonian salad, my mother-in-law also considers it her signature dish. The taste is very rich and spicy.

Instructions
Prepare carrots, beets, potatoes and eggs. Peel and cut into cubes.
Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
Add the sliced cucumbers to the vegetables and eggs. Add the diced apple.
Cut the salted herring into fillets, cut into cubes. Put it in a salad.
Add sour cream and soft mustard, mix.
The salad is served chilled, garnished with parsley.
