Salad “Rich” Recipe
Once I found a recipe for this salad on the Internet, very often it is prepared, suitable for both a festive table and for everyday life. I did not change the name, I indicated it as in the original recipe: since it corresponds to this. A very delicious salad with herring and my favorite French dressing.

  1. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands.
  2. Cut the eggs into 4 pieces or slices as you like.
  3. Cut the herring fillet into small pieces.
  4. Cut the onion into half rings (to make the onion less bitter, add salt and rub in your hands).
  5. To prepare the dressing, mix vegetable oil, vinegar and mustard.
  6. Mix the herring, eggs, onion and lettuce.
  7. Pour the seasoning over the salad (it is important to season before serving). I don’t salt, I have enough salt.
