Salad “Summer” Recipe
Tomatoes are one of the favorite salads in the season. Sometimes I replace the cheese with feta cheese and add olives.

  1. Wash the tomatoes and peel the onions.
  2. Cut the cheese into cubes.
  3. Heat the coriander for a few seconds in a dry frying pan. For dressing, mix the oil, soy sauce, vinegar, crushed garlic and coriander.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into arbitrary pieces, like onion feathers. Put the tomatoes, onions and cheese cubes on a plate. Pour over the dressing.
  5. Ready.
