  1. Chop the cabbage, add salt, mix with your hands and mash it so that it becomes softer and lets the juice flow.
  2. Boil the chicken fillet and cut into cubes.
  3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Mix all the ingredients, adding mayonnaise.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle the salad with crackers and garnish with herbs.
