Salad “Vitamin” Recipe
The simplest and healthiest salad I know. Just three ingredients, and so delicious! It can be eaten by absolutely everyone and at any time of the day or night.

  1. It’s simple. My 2-3 stalks of celery, cut off the edges (upper and lower). Cut.
  2. Peel the apple. You can remove the skin if it’s hard. Cut into slices.
  3. Mix everything together with yogurt. Most of all I like to use yogurt with cereals or muesli, but you can take any to your taste.
  4. Saald’s ready!
