Vitamin Salad with Salmon Recipe
On the last day of autumn I wanted to nourish the body with vitamins. In this case, the salad was supposed to be a substitute for dinner. That is, it had to be not only useful, but also nutritious.

  1. 1. Shred Chinese cabbage. 2. Three apples. 3. If the avocado is dense - also three. If soft, knead with a fork. 4. Prepare a dressing with salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. 5. Gently mix everything. 6. Cut the salmon into squares (3 * 3 cm). 7. Decorate the salad with salmon (I mixed it, but for serving it is better to leave the salmon petals on top.
