Salad with Arugula and Mushrooms Recipe
This salad was born spontaneously and became my favorite. Easy to prepare, light, with a spicy taste.

  1. Fresh mushrooms (they, of course, should be the freshest) wipe with a damp cloth and cut into thin slices.
  2. Prepare a salad dressing from olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, freshly ground pepper and crushed garlic clove.
  3. Mix the mushrooms with the dressing. It’s already to taste here. If you like the taste of raw mushrooms, you can make a salad right away. If you like pickled mushrooms, let them stand for 15-20 minutes. Because then in a salad with arugula they will no longer be able to marinate well. I prefer the first option.
  4. Wash and dry the arugula.
  5. It’s all. Mix arugula with mushrooms, sprinkle with nuts. The salad is ready.
