This dish is prepared very easily. But the fill makes it delicious. Juicy and satisfying. You can serve it as an independent dish, or as a side dish with fish, boiled meat or shish kebab.
Drain the liquid from the beans, peas and olives through a colander. Cut the olives into halves.
Peel the avocado and cut it into four pieces lengthwise, each part on a plate.
For tomato filling, peel the onion and tomatoes, finely chop and combine.
Season with lemon juice, but I usually use lime juice very flavorful and rich, and always at hand.
soy sauce, sugar, and olive oil. Add finely chopped herbs.
Mix well and leave for 10-15 minutes to taste.
Mix the beans, avocado, peas and olives. Pour the tomato filling on top. Let it brew.
