  1. Prepare the products. Fillet and pepper cut into cubes. If desired, add a few drops of Worcestershire sauce to the mayonnaise.
  2. Peel the avocado, remove the stone, cut a quarter of the avocado into plates (for decoration), cut the rest into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. In a salad bowl, put the fillet, pepper, avocado, diced, pepper if desired.
  4. Add mayonnaise and stir.
  5. Put a ring on the dish, put the salad, tamp a little, put the avocado on top, cut into plates. On top of the avocado, I made roses – cut into thin strips of pickled pepper and rolled it into a spiral. If the pickled pepper does not curl well, it is necessary to cut off the flesh a little, the thinner, the better it curdles.
  6. Carefully remove the ring and serve immediately.
