Instructions
Pepper cut into strips, onion-half rings. Fry in vegetable oil 5 minutes.
Drain the liquid from the beans, corn and mushrooms.
Mix all the ingredients together.
For dressing. Finely chop the parsley, add vegetable oil, orange juice, vinegar, honey and mustard, beat everything well with a blender.
Season the salad with the resulting sauce. Let stand for 10 minutes.
