A hearty and quick-to-prepare salad without meat. I cook it for a long time and initially modified the original recipe for myself, because I love cheese and parsley in salads.

  1. So here are my ingredients. The taste of the salad depends on the taste of cucumbers. Therefore, the tastier they are, the tastier the salad. It is better to take home salted. At the moment they were not at hand, so I took the pickled ones I bought. Put the beans in a bowl, after draining the water from it.
  2. Finely chop the onion and add to the beans.
  3. Pick the parsley leaves, wash, finely chop and put in a bowl.
  4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and also send it to a bowl.
  5. Peel the cucumbers if the skin is rough. I have small cucumbers with soft skins, so there’s no need for that right now. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes, drain the excess water from them and put them in a bowl with the rest of the products. Season with mayonnaise, add salt if necessary. My cheese and cucumbers are quite salty, so I don’t salt them.
  6. Stir, it’s done!
