Instructions
Wash the beets and cook until tender, without removing the peel.
Peel a fresh apple from the peel and seeds. Cut into small cubes.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel the beets and cut into small cubes, add to the salad.
Prepare the salad dressing. Mix the oil with vinegar and honey, add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix everything well, let it brew a little. Serve in portions, sprinkled with chopped nuts on top.
