Broccoli boil in salted water for 4-5 minutes, put on a plate and cool.
Divide the broccoli into florets, add chopped chicken and cheese. Mix it.
Prepare the sauce: add half or a whole teaspoon of mustard, 1-2 tsp soy sauce to the sour cream, focus on your taste, add a mixture of peppers and, if necessary, salt. I didn’t add salt because the cheese was salty. Stir until smooth.
The sauce is seasoned with salad. The author advised to fill it with mayonnaise or vegetable oil, but I decided to fill it to my liking. The sauce I made seemed to me harmonious in this combination. On top of the salad, you can sprinkle green onions, and this will emphasize the taste well.
