It's my favorite holiday salad. I tried it ten years ago and fell in love almost immediately. Since then, I try to cook as often as possible. It is very good to serve on the holiday table - it is low in calories and can be safely eat for the whole evening without exposing himself to the pangs of conscience. Continuous use and enjoyment of taste. If you have your own broccoli, then you can not blanch it with boiling water, but put it in a raw salad.
Broccoli disassemble on inflorescences, convenient for eating. Pour cool boiling water for 1 minute, drain and cool broccoli well under a stream of ice water. Then very well to dry – depends on the taste of the salad.
Washed and dried the vegetables coarsely chop. Eggs cut into 8 parts. Onion is easier to cut along the bulb. With parsley break off the leaves, the stems are not needed. Garlic finely chop, do not use a press.
