Broccoli boil in salted water for 4-5 minutes, put on a plate and cool.
Divide the broccoli into florets, add the sliced chicken and cheese. Stir.
Prepare the sauce: add half or a whole teaspoon of mustard to the sour cream, 1-2 tsp of soy sauce, focus on your taste, add a mixture of peppers and, if necessary, salt. I did not add salt, because the cheese was salty. Mix until smooth.
Sauce dressed with salad. The author advised with mayonnaise or vegetable oil, but I decided to fill it to your taste. The sauce I prepared seemed to me harmonious in this combination. On top of the salad, you can sprinkle green onions, and it adds well to the taste.
