Girls, this cake I bake a second time, but it is very like me and my family. The pie turns out unusually tasty and juicy. This juiciness give broccoli and cottage cheese. I recommend to cook it - you will not regret it!
Flour, butter, sour cream, salt and sugar cook dough (I used a food processor with the knife attachment). The dough ball is placed in a plastic bag and sent to the refrigerator for 1 hour. Broccoli divide into florets and cook in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Spread on paper towel.
The white part of the leek cut into rings and fry in butter until Golden brown, add the diced tenderloin, pepper and a little salt.
In a bowl spread the cottage cheese, eggs, sour cream, mix well. Add roasting and finely chopped green onions, salt to taste.
The dough is rolled into a circle and using a rolling pin is transferred to the form (I have 28cm), form the bumpers and prick with a fork.
Put into the oven for 10 min. at a temperature of 240 degrees.
On the cake spread broccoli.
Over broccoli spread the filling and bake it in the oven for 30-40min. at a temperature of 180 degrees.
