Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan, lay out the cheese and fry it on both sides until golden brown. The cheese will melt when frying, it will spread. Cool the chips.
Wash the salad, dry it and cut into slices.
Wash the cherries, dry them, cut them into 2-4 pieces depending on the size.
Washed and dried basil (leaves) cut, leaving a few pieces for decoration. Add the chips. Season with vegetable oil.
