Ingredients
Salad

Chickpeas

Quail egg
Dressing

Sesame oil

teaspoon
Sauce (Worcestershire)
Salt, black pepper
(to taste)
Instructions
Soak the chickpeas in water, and then boil them according to the instructions on the package.
Mix together all the ingredients for the dressing.
Put the lettuce leaves torn by hands on the bottom of the glasses, then add a spoonful of chickpeas.
Next, add the cucumber cut into half rings, cubes of bell pepper, green onions.
In one of the portions, add a quail egg, sliced. Lay out all the lettuce leaves and chickpeas. Pour the dressing on top and serve immediately.
