  1. Wash the eggplants and peel them.
  2. Cut into strips.
  3. Slice the tomato and mozzarella arbitrarily.
  4. Fry the eggplants in vegetable oil. Add soy sauce and a little ground garlic.
  5. Fry until soft. Put the eggplant, tomatoes and mozzarella on a plate. If desired, sprinkle with lemon juice.
