  1. We prepare all the products for the salad. The products are all weighted. At the fork, we take whole leaves, cut out the veins.
  2. The raisins are steamed with boiling water for 5 minutes. The cabbage leaves are twisted into a roll and very thinly cut into long noodles. So in a salad, it will look more beautiful. Put the cabbage in a salad bowl and add a little salt. We beat the cabbage with a wooden mallet so that the cabbage gives juice. Young cabbage does not need to be beaten much, it is very juicy and crispy!
  3. We throw the raisins on a strainer so that all the liquid merges with it. We remove the skin from the grapefruit, and remove the white films directly over the salad bowl, so that the juice does not disappear from it. We disassemble the pieces with our fingers.
  4. Add the raisins and finely chopped fresh dill. Fill with oil. We try for salt. Add salt to taste. You can pepper it with your favorite pepper.
  5. Mix and serve immediately.
