  1. 1. Boil the rice in plenty of water. Drain the water and cool. 2. Eggs boil until tender and cool. 3. Red pepper cut into strips, eggs cut into cubes. 4. Add chopped onions, canned green peas, rice. Season with salt to taste and season the salad with mayonnaise.
