Boil chicken breast fillet or smoke in a frying pan in foil. Cool and cut into cubes.
Boil the green peas for 1-2 minutes, cool.
French Tartare sauce can be prepared very simply on top of another: mix mayonnaise with boiled yolk, finely chopped green onions and black pepper. Cut the cheese into cubes or grate on a coarse grater. Mix everything together.
Cut the leek into thin slices, only diagonally.
Put the salad in the center of the dish.
Cut the other part of the leek in half and cut it into very thin strips with a knife - this will be the future decoration for the salad.
Arrange the red cherry tomatoes on the edge of the plate between the onion circles - to contrast the overall picture.
This salad, which does not require much time and effort, will always look very nice on any festive table.
