Vegetable oil
Instructions
First, boil the eggs. Boil them hard. Cut the onion into half rings.
Fry the onion in a frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.
Add the chopped mushrooms to the onion. And fry together until the mushrooms are slightly browned.
Cut the ham into strips.
Cut the boiled eggs into large pieces.
Cut the tomato into large squares.
Now we combine all the ingredients of our salad and add mayonnaise, salt to taste.
Mix well. And our salad is ready. You can leave it in a large salad bowl or spread it out on serving cremans.
