  1. Cut herring fillets, potatoes and eggs into thin slices. Cut the onion into quarters of rings. Finely chop the parsley.
  2. For dressing, mix mustard, pepper, hot vinegar and vegetable oil.
  3. Finished dressing.
  4. Season the salad, add salt to taste.
  5. Place on a platter (or in a salad bowl), garnish with olives, herbs and egg slices.
