  1. Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices.
  2. Marinate, mix 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and wine vinegar and a little basil. Leave for half an hour.
  3. Fry the meat in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until golden brown.
  4. Cut the vegetables.
  5. Lettuce leaves are torn by hand.
  6. Spread the meat on the salad.
  7. For the dressing, combine 1 tablespoon of vinegar and soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  8. Mix the vegetables and put them on top of the meat. Pour the salad dressing.
