Salad with Orange, Cabbage and Lime Recipe
Light and delicious salad with orange, cabbage, dried lime, raisins and seasoned with aromatic sauce. This salad is rich in vitamins that we need in the spring.

  1. We wash the cabbage, dry it with a paper towel and cut it into thin shavings. Put the cabbage in a bowl and sprinkle with a pinch of salt, rub the cabbage (with your hands) until the juice is released.
  2. Grate the orange peel on a medium grater. Peel the orange and cut it into small slices. Dried lime cut into small pieces.
  3. Pour boiling water over the raisins. After 5 minutes, drain the water, cool the raisins.
  4. Mix all the chopped ingredients in a bowl. A little zest is left to decorate the salad.
  5. Prepare the salad dressing. Mix three tablespoons of vegetable oil to taste with lime juice. Add a pinch of salt, and a pinch of sugar, whisk the sauce with a fork.
  6. Fill the salad with the prepared sauce, mix gently.
  7. We put the salad in cremans, sprinkle with fried seeds, the remains of the zest and serve to the table. Decorate the salad as desired.
