I don’t know why my colleagues called this simple and tasty salad, but I guess it’s from his ability to ruin your waist in no time, especially if you allow yourself to eat more of it! And it can be very difficult to avoid this – all because this salad turns out to be very tasty!

  1. Let’s imagine that half an hour is left before the guests arrive. You need to prepare the most important ingredients – potatoes and eggs. First of all, I would take out a double boiler and place the peeled and cut potatoes into small neat cubes together with an egg. I have cooked eggs and potatoes at the same time in a double boiler many times – very convenient! It takes 15-20 minutes to cook in this way, no more. And I also cooked without a double boiler. To do this, you must boil the egg and potatoes separately. You can boil potatoes in their uniforms, and then peel and cut, you can – immediately into cubes – the main thing is not to miss the moment and not let them boil – any method convenient for you will do! The main thing is not to forget to salt;)
  2. Meanwhile, the onion is finely chopped. In summer I use only fresh green onions, in winter I use onions for this salad.
  3. When the eggs are ready, they must also be cut into small cubes, I do this with a vegetable cutter 🙂
  4. And, finally, everything is mixed, it is filled with mayonnaise, yes, yes, without this there is no way. The salad should live up to its name.
