Often in Turkey, this salad is prepared as a main course for lunch or dinner. The composition contains lettuce, eggs, parsley, green onions, black olives, and hot red peppers are also added and seasoned with plenty of olive oil.
Boil the potatoes in their skins and cut into large pieces. Boil eggs hard-boiled and cut not finely. Chop parsley, onion, lettuce. Combine everything, add spices and salt. Season with plenty of oil, half-lemon juice. Mix everything and serve cooled down.
