Wash the small tubers of new potatoes thoroughly, cut them into small pieces and boil them in boiling salted water until tender. 5 minutes before the potatoes are ready, add the string beans and cook together. Remove the finished beans and potatoes from the stove, drain the water and allow to cool to room temperature. While the potatoes and beans are cooling, cut the strips of raw bacon into small pieces and fry until golden brown. Place the fried bacon on paper to absorb the excess fat.
In a deep bowl, combine the potatoes, beans, and bacon. Season with three tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix well. Place the salad on a plate and sprinkle the chopped boiled eggs on top.
