Instructions
Cook the quinoa and cool it. Meanwhile, peel the apples and cut into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut the celery into thin slices.
Add quinoa. Mix everything thoroughly. Walnuts fry, chop, combine with honey.
The salad is ready. Put it in a salad bowl and pour honey sauce over it.
