  1. Put the rice to boil. Pour boiling water over the raisins. Salad dressing: open a can of pineapples and pour 2 tbsp of juice into a bowl. Add 2 tbsp of orange juice and coconut shavings. Stir.
  2. Wash the orange and dry it. cut in half, and carefully first with a knife and then with a spoon pull out the pulp. In a salad bowl, put finely chopped pineapple and raisins squeezed from excess liquid.
  3. Add the rice and dressing and mix well. In the prepared and peeled orange, insert a lettuce leaf in a circle, and lay out our salad.
