Salad with smoked Fish and Avocado Recipe
I like the combination of avocado with fish, and with smoked meat it’s a fairy tale in general. A simple, very tender and very satisfying salad. It is prepared easily and quickly, for lunch, dinner or a festive table. And the sauce will perfectly complement the whole rainbow of flavors.

  1. Fry the bacon in a frying pan until golden crisp. Transfer to a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
  2. Peel the fish, cut into fillets and cut into pieces.
  3. Preparing the sauce. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream.
  4. Add finely chopped green onions and dill. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  5. Tear the lettuce leaves or chop them coarsely and put them on a platter.
  6. Place the smoked mackerel on the lettuce leaves.
  7. Boil the eggs, cool, cut, put on top of the fish.
  8. Peel the avocado, remove the stone, cut into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice and add to the salad.
  9. We break the bacon or cut it, spread it on top and decorate with dill sprigs.
