Salad with smoked Mackerel and spicy Dressing Recipe
It is rare when a holiday table is complete without fish salads. And it is difficult to imagine a new year's feast without such salads. I offer my own version of a simple but very tasty salad. Fragrant spicy dressing and cooked peeled vegetables give the salad a new interesting taste.
Wash and clean the vegetables. Install the nozzle for cutting cubes. Slice the potatoes, put them in a microwave-safe dish, and cover with cold water. Drain and fill with fresh water.
Also, cut the carrots and onions into cubes using a food processor. Add the carrots to the potatoes and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes under the lid. Don't forget to leave a gap for steam to escape.
Remove the finished vegetables to a sieve and pour cold water over them to stop cooking. Dry.
Add salt to the onion and fry in oil in a pan until transparent.
Put the cooled vegetables and onions in a bowl and add the smoked mackerel, which has been disassembled into pieces.
For dressing, mix horseradish with finely grated sour Apple, pour lemon juice, salt to taste. Mix with heavy cream and mayonnaise until light and smooth.
Season the salad with sauce. Put in a salad bowl and garnish with herbs.
