Salad with Tuna, Vegetables and Coriander Recipe
A hearty, bright salad with canned tuna, vegetables and spicy coriander! Very simple to prepare.

  1. Cucumber and bell pepper cut into small pieces.
  2. Add corn to them (pre-drain the liquid from the jar).
  3. Cut the coriander greens, add to the rest of the salad ingredients.
  4. Add the pieces of canned tuna (pre-drain the oil from the jar). Season the salad to taste with salt and black pepper, add the olive oil and mix gently.
