Lentils are washed and boiled for 20-25 minutes.
In parallel, we boil the mushrooms. We boil the squid in any convenient way. Cool and cut into strips. Add the chopped green onions and lentils.
Add the mushrooms to the salad (it is necessary to “squeeze” them a little, thereby removing the excess liquid), chopped walnuts and chopped parsley.
Sour cream is mixed with garlic, grated on a fine grater, and melted cheese. Mix thoroughly and season the salad.
