Very tasty and healthy salad. Savoy cabbage is very good for health. It is rich in vitamins, mineral salts and amino acids. Savoy cabbage can be boiled, stewed, used for salads and soups.
Heat the oil and fry the onion for about 4 minutes.
Then add 2 tablespoons of water and cabbage.
Fry all together for about 5 minutes on high heat.
After removing the vegetables from the heat, add soy sauce or teriyaki sauce, vinegar and salt to taste. Finely chop the garlic and add it too.
Fry the sesame seeds and sprinkle the salad.
Mix everything well.
