(assorted-I have a seafood cocktail)
Green Onion
Mayonnaise
Instructions
Boil the mushrooms and chop them coarsely (large – into four parts, small – into two).
Boil seafood for 3-5 minutes in salted water, cool.
Cut the pepper into cubes.
Finely chop the green onion.
Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl and season with mayonnaise.
