Potato salad with seafood and grapes, very tasty, beautiful and easy to prepare. On the holiday table, this salad is always eaten without a trace.

Shrimp clear from the shell and remove the intestines, wash well in water. 2. make a brine in which we will cook the shrimp (in a saucepan pour water, salt, sugar, lemon juice), the washed shells and heads of the shrimp are introduced into the brine, cook for 2 - 3 minutes, then drain the brine through a strainer and cook the shrimp in this brine for 1 minute. 3. Salad dressing : mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice. 4. Shape the salad: on a platter arrange the potatoes cut into slices, salt it. Put the shrimp on the potatoes, then the salmon, sprinkle with chopped green onions. Fill the salad with sauce, sprinkle with grapes (cut into halves) and decorate with pecans.
