Semifredo “Tiramisu” Recipe
Semifredo is a traditional Italian dessert: soft homemade ice cream with various additives-cookies, nuts, candied fruits, chocolate… As a rule, among the mandatory ingredients of semifredo are raw eggs and fat cream.

Instructions
Prepare the coffee, sweeten it and let it cool. Add whiskey or liqueur (optional).
Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the whites until stiff peaks.
Beat the yolks with sugar to a cream.
Enter a spoonful of mascarpone, whisking at low speed of the mixer.
Separately, beat the cream and add them to the cream.
Carefully enter the beaten egg whites.
Cover the rectangular shape with plastic wrap. Put the coffee-soaked savoyards on the bottom of the mold.
Sprinkle the cookies liberally with cocoa.
Evenly distribute the cream over the liver.
Send the dessert to the freezer min for 2 hours. Sprinkle with cocoa before serving. Bon Appetit!
