In a bowl, add 150 gr. of soft butter, add 3 tablespoons of sugar, add 1 packet of baking powder, salt (1 sliver), egg (1 PC.)
Beat the butter and sugar mixture.
Then add 2 cups of flour. Flour may need a little more. When kneading, you should get a soft dough, convenient to work with. But don’t add too much flour.
Roll out the shortbread dough between two sheets of parchment about 3-5 mm thick. To make a cake, you will need cuts for cookies equal in shape, but different in diameter. Only 3 PCs.
Place the sand blanks on a baking sheet covered with parchment or a silicone Mat. Send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to t200c for baking.
Bake the shortbread blanks until light Golden.
On the sand the circle of larger size add a teaspoon of jam, in this recipe used cherry jam.
