This is a very tender, crumbly cookie with various fillings and I will say right away that the most popular is with Nutella, although, to my taste, jam is tastier, and lemon curd is generally fantastic!

  1. In a bowl, mix 3 yolks and 0.5 cups of sugar with a spoon, add the softened butter, cut into pieces, and beat well with a mixer so that the sugar almost dissolves.

We wrap the dough in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours, I personally - for the night. During this time, preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees. and right out of the freezer, my cookies go into the oven. While they are baking, the second portion freezes in the freezer.
