  1. Fry sesame seeds in a hot frying pan until the seeds begin to crumble. This is done in order to reveal the nutty flavor.
  2. We put the frozen shrimps on a hot frying pan. when the ice melts, drain the water. Add a little oil and fry on both sides until tender.
  3. While the shrimp are cooking, we prepare the sauce. Add the garlic and butter passed through the press to the yogurt and mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
  4. I’m picking a salad. We put the coarsely chopped lettuce leaves in the plates.
  5. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves and arrange them on the lettuce leaves.
  6. Lay out the finished peeled shrimp.
  7. Pour over the sauce and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
  8. At the end, sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds.
