  1. Wash the cucumber and cut it into thin slices with a paring knife.
  2. Radish rub (cut) into thin circles.
  3. We give the shrimps to thaw themselves, clean them.
  4. Garlic is cleaned, finely chopped and fried in vegetable oil until light flavor.
  5. Put the shrimp in the garlic oil, fry for a few seconds and pour 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, mix. Pour the lemon juice over the shrimp and remove from the stove.
  6. The salad can be served on a common dish, but I prefer serving portions on plates. Lettuce leaves are washed, dried with a paper towel, torn (or cut) and put on a plate.
  7. Put cucumbers and radishes on the lettuce leaves, sprinkle with the remaining soy sauce .
  8. On top of the vegetables, put the shrimp, pour the fragrant oil from the pan. Put the eggs in cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes, so that the yolk remains liquid. Decorate the salad with quarters of boiled egg, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper mixture, and serve immediately.
